Jambastic is designed as a confidentiality-first temporary secure exchange. This page explains, in plain terms, how privacy, cookies, and service terms are handled on jambastic.com.
Jambastic is operated as a service provided by Sienda Ltd.
Jambastic is designed to minimise the collection and storage of personal information. We do not ask ordinary visitors to jambastic.com to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal details merely to browse the website. We do not operate visitor tracking, profiling, or behavioural analytics on jambastic.com.
Within the operational design of Jambastic, the system is intended not to store client names, sender identities, recipient identities, email addresses, or phone numbers as part of the normal exchange flow. Sensitive item content is encrypted client-side before upload.
When a secure item is opened, the sensitive payload is removed from availability. When a secure item expires, the sensitive payload is likewise removed from availability. Minimal operational metadata may remain only where necessary to allow the sender-side status display to show whether an item is pending, opened, or expired.
Jambastic is not presented as a public self-service consumer platform. Provisioning, service administration, billing, and account control are handled separately by Sienda Ltd. In the ordinary course of business, Sienda Ltd may maintain separate commercial or administrative records outside the operational Jambastic system for matters such as invoicing, service status, support boundaries, and internal account management. Those records are distinct from the confidentiality-first operational design of Jambastic itself.
Jambastic is not designed as a conventional account-recovery system. Forgotten sender pass phrases are not ordinarily recoverable through the operational service. Where appropriate, Sienda Ltd may be able to re-provide a current sender URL through its separate administrative records, but this is not the same as recovery of a lost secret.
If you need to contact us about privacy or legal matters relating to Jambastic, you may do so through Sienda Ltd using the contact details published on the Sienda website.
Jambastic uses only the limited cookies necessary for the service to function correctly.
These cookies are used for essential session handling, for example to maintain an authenticated sender session or a restricted staff session during authorised operational use. They are not used for advertising, profiling, behavioural tracking, or visitor analytics.
We do not use jambastic.com to track visitors across websites, build visitor profiles, or serve targeted advertising.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the functioning of the service, they are considered essential operational cookies rather than optional marketing or analytics tools.
If the cookie usage of the service changes materially in the future, this page should be updated accordingly.
Jambastic is a managed professional service provided by Sienda Ltd. It is intended for the temporary exchange of sensitive professional details that should not remain sitting in ordinary email threads, chat histories, or shared documents.
Jambastic is not cloud storage, not a permanent vault, not a messaging platform, not a collaboration suite, and not a public self-service SaaS offering. It is a restrained, temporary, confidentiality-first exchange mechanism for short-lived sensitive details.
The sender is responsible for using the service appropriately, including checking the intended recipient page, communicating the correct reader page and temporary handshake details, and storing current sender access details responsibly. Senders should bookmark their current sender URL and store their sender pass phrase securely, for example in a password manager.
Forgotten sender pass phrases are not ordinarily recoverable. Jambastic is designed so that plaintext sender pass phrases are not retained for later retrieval. If Sienda Ltd chooses in exceptional circumstances to assist a client who has lost sender access, such assistance would be treated as a fresh administrative reissue rather than recovery of the original secret.
Use of Jambastic must be lawful and proper. The service must not be used for unlawful conduct, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, harassment, malware distribution, or any other misuse inconsistent with its professional purpose.
Sienda Ltd may suspend or terminate service where payment is overdue, where the service is misused, where continuation is not commercially or operationally appropriate, or where suspension or termination is otherwise justified. In suspension scenarios, recipient-facing behaviour may remain neutral rather than disclosing billing or administrative status.
While Jambastic is designed to reduce unnecessary persistence of sensitive details, no service should be described as guaranteeing absolute invulnerability under all imaginable conditions. Clients remain responsible for their own internal procedures, access discipline, and communication judgement.
To the extent permitted by law, Sienda Ltd provides Jambastic on the basis of reasonable professional operation and controlled service boundaries, but does not accept responsibility for losses caused by client misuse, incorrect transmission by the sender, loss of sender credentials by the client, failures in the client’s own environment, or uses of the service beyond its intended purpose.
Any commercial terms, fees, provisioning conditions, support scope, or service-specific commitments agreed directly between Sienda Ltd and a client will take precedence over this public summary where applicable.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a material update constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
